Pretty much all the goodbyes in London got me. Tali's LI "I want more time" line was the more emotional one for me though. That, or Thane's deathbed prayer which got me welled up (Never cried, honest!).

There are several lines that were emotional, but it was the delivery of this line that completely wrecked me.

Just from memory, may be slight errors but that's the gist of it, anyway.

I wasn't doing a great job trying to choke back tears by then, but that line broke me completely.

there were so many! When Wrex discovers you sabotaged the genophage cure and you end up fighting he shouts "I thought you were my friend" which I found really gut wretching... not that I would ever do that to Wrex, I watched that one on YouTube lol.

Too many to list... but watching on YouTube how Tali, Legion, Mordin and Wrex betrayed... is just disturbing... .. . after spending so much time in ME2 talking to most of them earning their loyalty only to backstab them. Dont think I can ever bring myself to do that >.<"

It was like an emotional punch to the gut.

 

Yeah, that one kinda came out of left field. That was a pretty powerful moment. Thane was one of my primaries in ME2, and I was bummed to see him go. I also liked when you finally avenge his death "This is for Thane you son of a.." yeah, a bit cliche' but still an awesome moment.

The best line from the game, is a line that isn't actually complete in the game. The talk with Anderson at the end is by far the most emotional line I heard in this game, but only when you listen to it in full. Hearing Anderson talking about never having a family and how he thinks Shepard would have been a great Dad/Mom was extremely touching. And then the, "I'm proud of you. You did good Child" line actually brought tears to my eyes when I first heard it. I get mad every time I think about that conversation because of how they cut some very touching moments out of it. It was just beautifully written and performed.

That whole talk with Garrus before we made the final push to the conduit was amazing. Best conversation EVER. It kind of made me feel ok with the ending. But that feeling was temporary.
