I don't even like Kaidan really but he always chokes me up. That and his death in ME1.

Kolyat: Kalahira, wash the sins from this one and set him on the distant shore of the infinite spirit. Kalahira, this one's heart is pure, but beset by wickedness and contention.
Shepard: Guide this one to where the traveler never tires, the lover never leaves, the hungry never starve. Guide this one Kalahira, and he will be a companion to you as he was to me. Kolyat? There's something I don't understand. His last moments were those of a hero. Why pray for salvation?
Kolyat: The Prayer was not for him, Commander. He has already asked forgiveness for the lives he has taken. His wish was for you.
Shepard: Goodbye, Thane. You won't be alone long.

I was actually curious how they did that scene for a maleshep. I think I like the femshep version a little better. Not sure how Meer delivers on that line but I think Hale was perfect. That whole scene made me shed a tear, but I have to give the single line to Mordin and his seashells. I was tearing up before that and that line got me to smile and chuckle a bit because of its sheer Mordin-ness.

I laughed so hard when I walked in on Joker and Garrus having a bad-joke competition in the cockpit.
I missed that part on my first playthrough and finally got to see it last night on my second playthrough. That was funny.
Also, pretty much the whole Shepard-Anderson bro talk (how different is the talk if Shepard is female?) at the end.

Tali's and Mordin's are by far, the ones that had a stronger effect on me.

Vega: Wow, what happened with EDI?
Shep: She found a new home I guess.
Vega: Yeah, a super sexy one... You bring her out on a mission and Im going to be just a little distracted
*long pause while staring at Shep's *******
Vega: Well... more distracted.
Garrus: I tend to expect the worst anyway - so dreaming about it is just a waste of good sleep.
Garrus: Never...
Joker: Good to have Mordin back. The bad guys shouldn't get a monopoly on mad scientists.

Into the Mouth of Hell"
My reaction: BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM SHEPARD! Was a legendary moment for someone who romanced ash in ME1 and stayed loyal
