It's unbelievably hard to come up with just one line. Renegading Kai Leng, Goodbyes with Garrus, Mordins sacrifice... But I guess the most emotional line for me was

"No..."

and since that doesn't say much, I mean Tali after Shepard tells her "I'm sorry", letting the Quarians die. I couldnt do that with my Shepard and my Tali, so I looked it up on Youtube and I cried x) Just a terrible, terrible scene if you liked Tali all through the trilogy (like most did).

I don't know which specific line in this game was the most emotional to me.  There were so many great scenes in this game, from the hospital, to Rannoch, to Mordin, and beyond.
