We have launched the Add-Ons page for the Dragon Age Website. This page will feature the add-ons and optional extra downloadable content available for Dragon Age.

To launch the page we have information, screenshots and videos on the first 3 items available, The Stone Prisoner, The Warden's Keep and The Blood Dragon Armor.

The Stone Prisoner: The darkspawn-infested village of Honnleath holds a secret: the forgotten stone figure at the town's heart is a powerful golem frozen in time. Free the creature and reveal a storied quest to unlock its power and mysterious past.

The Warden's Keep: Some claim the fortress of Soldier's Peak is corrupted and overrun by demons. Others whisper of betrayal and the spirits of murdered Grey Wardens. Whatever the truth, Soldier's Peak is no place for the living.

Blood Dragon Armor: Commissioned by an infamous Nevarran dragon hunter, this armor was crafted in a time when dragons had almost been hunted to extinction. Infused with their blood, the armor gained notoriety after the hunter died at the hands of men rather than the dragons it was designed to protect him from.

Any version - normal or CE or Digital Deluxe includes a code for:
- The Stone Prisoner
- Blood Dragon Armor (for DA & ME2)

The CE*, has the above PLUS:
- 3 CE bonus DLC items
- Plus the actual CE additional physical goodies such as the case, Making Of dvd, map, wallpapers, soundtrack, etc
There are differences with some countries/regions, such as UK

The Digital Deluxe, has the above (minus physical CE goodies, but still incl soundtrack & wallpapers), PLUS:
- Warden's Keep

On top of all of that:
- If you pre-order from any participating retailer you'll also get:
  . The Memory Band
. and certain retailers worldwide also have an additional exclusive item

Regardless of all of the above:
- When you upload your first character using the Character Creator on to social, you also get another item
... and in the future, watch for other promotions where you can collect more items ;)

Specifically for Stone Prisoner & Warden's Keep:
- You can play these at any point in your DA adventure, as long as you've gained access to the world map to travel around.
- You can also play them after you've completed DA without having to go back and find older saves.
- They extend the game world and work like any other area.  In other words, as long as you are not in combat, you can travel in and out of them as you see fit.
- Both DLC include additional achievements
- WK:
.  Includes 6 new abilities (on a new ability chain) - 2 per class
.  Upon completion of the quest you gain the Keep itself as a base of operations, and there is some very cool loot which we'll talk more specifics closer to launch so as not to spoil it.
- TSP:
.  In addition to having new areas and quest, the main addition is a new party member - the golem Shale.
.  Shale is as detailed as any other party member, fully VO'd, has reactions to locations throughout DA like other party members, and interacts with others in the party (and they with it).
. As with other party member, it also has a detailed personal quest that you can choose to help it with
.  Shale is actually much more than a tank.  But we'll cover that soon enough.

Ah, good question, missed that one.

I'll re-confirm, but it will either present you a unique code and you redeem it here on the site, or it will be like the character creator upload where you login to the flash game and it will auto-add it to your account, and next time you login to DA:O it'll be there for you. Embri's is not the only 1 ;)

Chest piece shows up in your inventory straight away, the rest is waiting for you at Bohdan's shop in the party camp.

Make sure you link your gamertag to the EA account (your user/pass used here on social). Then go to the Downloadable Content option off the main menu.

Enter in your promo codes there (press Y to Redeem EA Code). You should also see Warden's Keep listed there as well.

Make sure if you are encountering any issues to please post in Tech Support forum, there's more eyes on that and a lot of these points are already covered there, many with solutions.

Quick responses for what I can remember...

Losings items at end of Dwarf Noble - there's a solution at help.dragonage.com This is a bug on PC which we will address.

Getting to Warden's Keep, or Stone Prisoner - you need to get past the village of Lothering and be able to travel on the world map in order to get to these areas. Once you speak to the quest givers for these (Levi in party camp, and Felix at Sulcher's Pass respectively) those quests should open up. Make sure you check the DLC tab of the journal for info, or the quest tab once it has begun, for where to go.

DLC not appearing at all - this is most likely the in-game content updater service not running, which was either an installation issue or in some cases certain configuration of Windows. See the support threads for help - there's a lot of suggested and official posts on how to resolve this.

Codes not working. Make sure DLC codes are redeemed here in the code redemption page (under your image on the left, select Profile - (Redeem Promo Code). These codes are completely separate from your game/CD key, so don't try to use them on the game registration page. Also, for some digital customers, there was a delay getting the DLC codes emailed out - this should all have gone out now and new purchases shouldn't have that problem. Contact your digital retailer if you did not get the DLC codes for content in your appropriate version.

Also, DLC is downloaded directly from within the game only using the updater service. If you have a separate digital game downloader (such as EADM for versions purchased on the EA Store), this is only used for downloading the game itself - trying to use DLC codes on that will not work, redeem them here on the site and then go in-game to download.

Many of the promotional DLC items (such as the rings and Blood Dragon armor) are not visible in the game DLC screen on purpose - these will only appear once the codes are redeemed. Once downloaded, most will appear in your inventory straight away (whether you load a current save, or start a new game) - some later game items will be waiting at Bohdan's shop in the party camp.

^and if it wants you to pay points for The Stone Prisoner that was claimed to be free with the game, what then to do?

Stone Prisoner is $15.  To get it for free you need to redeem the code here on social or in-game on consoles - what platform are you on?).

Once redeemed, check your http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php to confirm if it is listed there.  Then fire up the game, login with the same user/pwd used here on social and the free version should be available for download.

Make sure you're posting issues in the tech support forum (and check if the existing solutions from there may apply for you).

Where is the code for armor/stone prisoner/other promo item?

- pre-order bonuses are provided by the retailer. Usually on a flyer or some sort of handout with the codes on it when you pick it up in store, or shipped to you, or emailed for digi versions.

- stone prisoner, blood dragon armor and CE items are in the box itself. Or emailed from retailer for digi versions.

Someone asked about entering codes and not given points. The codes will give you the items themselves, not points to purchase. To confirm your codes are correctly attached to your account check the Registered Game Promotions here on the social site (http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php).

If you are having trouble redeeming codes - make sure you check out the walkthroughs at(dragonage.bioware.com/addon)

How to get the lucky stone - you just need to have uploaded a character from the stand alone character creator on to social. You should see the stone at the registered game promotions page (see link above) if that was successful (in addition to your character being visible on social).
