How do we pick up the Warden's Keep if we didn't get the DCE? Where do we buy it?

I have entered codes for Feral Wolf Charm, Memory Band and Blood Dragon Armor. What happens now? How do I retrieve the items? There was no download, are they just in my inventory when I start the game?

Well now I am completely livid.

Had my husband go to GameStop to pick up the pc version CE mind you ...

And the person behind the counter said they ONLY HAD CE IN PS3

I said BS on that.  I fricking paid for it in June .. 60 bucks and was told it was the CE version

SO now I'm stuck with a game that is not what I was told to be getting.  Apparently GS screwed over the online people as well as those who preordered in stores.

Mine worked just fine. I entered all with no dashes in caps. No issues. Hope this helps.

All upper case with dashes included. No spaces. Lower case gave me "Invalid Code"

I've got most of the DLC to download and install, but I don't see Warden's keep on the availability to purchase, what's the deal bioware? You should of been prepared for this considering you had a lot of time to fix these problems.

I bought deluxe edition thru steam and it still says i have to buy the extra content with points. I thought I get it free with the deluxe. How can I access these things??

Seems that I not only have the same problem as other people in this thread, but I all of a sudden cannot access the PSN store - I am assuming(hoping) that this is the case for other people as well?

I got both the error and success message, then on the DLC page (in DragonAge) I hit the refresh button (near the bottom middle) and then it worked. I have successfully downloaded stone prissoner and warden's keep along with the blood armor and items from Journeys. After you get the success message, even if you see the error as well, it should work.

None of my codes are working either from the CE, stating they are invalid, and apparently this message board doesn't like me either because this is the third time I've tried posting this.

My code for this content plugged into the site fine but it's not showing up in-game. I'm using the same account in both places.

I got all of mine to work but I had to click the Refresh button in the DLC section to Download the Stone Prisoner. The ring, band and armor are already in the installed section, there you can enable or disable them

I entered my code for stone prisoner and the other stuff that came with the collectors edition. It is not showing up in the downloads list in game. What is my next step?

I had the same problem with entering the code and it being recognized as invalid and accepted at the same time. I'm unable to access any DLC with my Steam Digital Deluxe purchase.

I got the codes and they worked fine but both Lucky Stone and Stone Prisoner show version 1.0 required. I don't see anywhere to download a patch or to update the game. Is the ship version not 1.0?

At least you have a copy of the game.  Mine hasn't even shipped yet.

Okay, not only can I not get anything downloaded (Eternally at 0%), but I can't see Warden's Keep in the store.



Oh, and my posts to the forum requesting help vanish before they are ever posted. The heck? I doubt this'll even get through. I feel like I'm stuck in the room in Silent Hill 4.

I ordered Dragon Age: Digital Collector's Edition off Steam. Everything's downloaded. I got the two special rings... but after redeeming two codes, I still don't see any Warden's Keep or Blood Dragon Armor. Am I doing something wrong?

I feel kinda gyped. I paid $65 bucks for the Collector's Edition (never seing the DCE available) and they still want me to pay $7 for Warden's Keep? Uh, yeah...
