the 3rd code is your base game cdkey which you use to register your game, not to redeem for items.

both of those items you need to buy from a vendor.  They are unlocked to be able to buy, but I imagine they are somewhat overpowered to just give you right off the bat, so they make you buy them from a vendor.

I may have missed the answer, but what happens if I buy DA:O on PC, and later ME:2 on XBox 360 ? Will I be able to use the shared DLC on ME2 (or both), or do I have to buy both games on the same machine ?

i am not 100%, but I think all that matters is that you use the same login ID (the same email you use to login on DA:O and ME:2 it is connected to your EA account)



I am assuming if you login with the same ID, you will just see the item unlocked when you login to ME:2.



it shouldn't matter which machine it's on, but I could be wrong. I always thought it connects only to the Login

I live in Denmark and preordered Digital Deluxe on steam, i can play the game tomorrow but there is something that confuses me a little and i hope some of you guys could help remove this. Since i preordered the game i thought i would get the codes for the add-on downloads in a instant, but after waiting a couple of days i still didn't get them, so i began to think that i would get them upon europe release, now im wondering if any of you got it on release or when you pre-ordered the game so that i know whether or not i will get my codes.



Ps, just verified my email address so maybe that could be the problem.

for steam, i freaked out, i didn't get any codes at first ... if you right click on the game once it's released (not pre-loaded), it will have an option for view cdkey of game key or something about keys...

you will see 3 keys there. Two of them should have -'s in them, the 3rd will not. The one I had without cdashes is how I registered my game, the other two you copy and paste into this website on the left hand side; then goto profile - > redeem promo codes then enter them one at a time and be patient, the servers went really slow when I did it, but I let it just work and it was fine.

after that, I have everything unlocked I should have unlocked.

Hopefully this helped you Umnusman (i have the exact same pre-order digital deluxe you have)

edit: if it helps a bit further, I STILL have not received an email with the codes, but I did not need them because of the way I found them by right-clicking on the game entry in My Games on steam

The collector's edition doesn't include Warden's Keep, only the digital deluxe edition.  I got the physical CE so I am supposed to have to buy Warden's Keep, but it doesn't show up under "available content".  Perhaps there is an issue with people who have the CE.

Has anyone who bought the physical collector's edition bought Warden's Keep from the in-game downloadable content?  If so, did it just show up there or did you have to do anything?

Aye, that's my experience as well. However you mention registering your game for steam... where did you do this? I have not seen any request for that as of yet.

I do not doubt you, but I would also like to have an answer from someone who is "100% sure"
This is midly important to me, and I am still hesitating between PC and 360 versions; the answer will tip the balance.

That being said, if what you're saying is indeed what happens, I will have to use the same email address for both  DA:O and my 360 Gamertag (if I understood well).

If you have the PC CE edition, do you have to download the Stone Prisoner? Or is it included in the CE install? Because at the moment it doesn't say the addon is installed on mine and it wants me to pay up to install it.

I ordered the PC CE edition. The addons are not included in the install... you have to download it. In order to do that you need to redeem the addon codes through the website. Once that is done, they will show up in the Downloadable Content portion of the game itself (took about 3 mins before the game recognized I had stuff to download). From there, download away.

I downloaded all the Xbox 360 CE items and created a character with the Blood Dragon Armor in my inventory.

When I start over with a new character there is no armor in inventory.

Can I purchase all the armor at said vendor above in this post ? Or is the chest piece for the first character only?

It applies to all characters starting a new game. You receive the body armor, but the other parts, you'll have to buy from said merchant in previous posts

Wonder if anyone can help me, I purchased the collector set through steam but do not have access to any of the DLC. The only option is to redeem code ... or to buy the content, which is ridiculous since it should be included in the collector set.

Can't figure out how to redeem my code for the Blaood Dragon armor. I have the PS3 version. Can anyone give me the step by step for this? I tried using the instructions on the card, but I can't get to the properweb-page on my PS3> What am I missing?

I've entered the code for the Blood Dragon armor, and it loads correctly -- but then I started a new character (with the dwarf noble background story). At the point in that intro story where all items are unequipped (trying to avoid spoilers here), the armor (along with the two skill-book add-ons) disappear from inventory. Will these be recoverable later? Or will I have to disable the add-on items, start a new character, and then enable the items once I'm past that point?

I never got any codes for the blood dragon armor.

I bought a physical CE, got codes for Bergen's Honor, Final Reason, Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes, Prisoner DLC, Wolf Charm and Memory band. No Blood Dragon armor.



Kinda pissed because that's the one I wanted the most.

Ya i never got a code from my CE of dragon age, but i downloaded em from the marketplace.... and its not showing up, very strange =\\

I talked and opened a ticket with EA for missing Addons and no way to register the ps3 version.  PS3 version has no link to the Bioware redeem site.
So There is no way to get the redeemed items from say the character builder or flash game at this point.

The ticket was  moved up the line and they know its an issue. The codes from the retail box showed i redmeed them but never transfered to the same account on the ps3.

Once they figure it out the items from the retail box will be added to the game but not the Flash or character builder ones.
