So I bought the Deluxe edition on Steam and some guy in camp want me to check out the Wardens Keep but the game is telling me I dont have enough "points". What gives?

Did you enter your codes on this website, then "refresh" your 'wallet' (points balance) through the game menu (as suggested), then download the content? Does it show up as 'enabled' in the main menu under the DLC -> installed content tab?

can you throw a link up to where you need to input the keys. I did the same thing and had no idea i needed to register to get my content.

Okay so I read up on how to get my content but where do I get my code?

I'm new to this whole DLC thing and am a bit confused. The PDF says that once logged in to my account ingame, that the Downloadable Content tab should show alvailable content for you to either buy or download if you've already entered the code for it.



I want to buy Warden's Keep, since it didn't come with the store bought CE, but it isn't there in the list. Do I need to purchase points in advance in order for it to show up in the list? and if so, how do you know how many points to purchase before it will show up and tell you how much it costs?

After you login and follow the links, enter your code.  They tell you to "refresh" your points, but I did that and nothing happened.  However, when I clicked on the download progress tab, the DLC was downloading.  So it seems to have worked.

Is there a support link anywhere for the DLC? I bought the CE and Pre-Order edition and so far only the Memory Ring is available. The rest are "downloading" or not even showing up after following the Promo / Clear Cache / Restart / Manage Services and 30 other attempts to get EA's system to work properly.

Also, the codes can be accessed by opening the Steam interface, going to 'my games', right-clicking on the game itself and clicking on 'view game CD key'. The longest one is the game key itself, the two shorter ones (for the digital deluxe anyway) are the stone prisoner and warden's keep; enter those on the link above.

The Blood armor isn't all that great, by the time you can wear it you will have found the Juggernaut armor most likely and its on par with if not better than the Blood armor.



As for the DLC: Wardens keep was actually pretty damn fun and it lasted about 1.5hr or so, which is decent for the cost.

But Stone Prisoner....wtf, you get it free but they charge 1200 for it...and its no joke, about 35 mins long. I know I know you get a new character, but I'm not a fan of him. Glad it was free and all, but pretty bad overall.

I lost my pre-ordered items because of the natural events in the game. Started as noble dwarf, then I ended in jail and ALL my items where removed from me. Is there a way to recover my pre-ordered items? Sorry if this is a silly question but I really want the armor to transfer it to Mass Effect 2. Thanks

Well, even though you can get it from the beginning, you really  won't be able to use it for a long while, it requires your character to have a strength of about 38 or so, and you won't be reaching that level anytime soon.

That's a storyline bug dwarf nobles are facing. Other threads have discussed it. Guess you can play other origins while waiting for a patch meanwhile.

So I've redeemed all my code stuff properly and have access to it all...except one: I have The Stone Prisoner enabled but can't seem to figure out how to acquire the quest to begin the story. Can anyone help me?

I have problems getting my add-ons to work, i have redeemed my codes but my DLC don't show up in either of the three tabs of DLC, i tried refreshing but nothing happens? Does anyone have or had the same problem and maybe know a solution, i would hate knowing i spend extra money on Digital Deluxe Edition and then get nothing except for some wallpapers and soundtrack, i want my add-ons! Anyone please help me?

I did not get my blood dragon armor. The code worked but did not show up in DLC in the actual game (same goes for the boots and ring from Amazon)

Me too, however there's a log entry called "Premium content" maybe the quest will unlock further in the game.

Try to run 'daupdater.exe' as Administrator.

>> Dragon Age folder/bin_ship/daupdater.exe

Right-click it and open Properties, on the second tab check 'Run program as Administrator'. Press Ok and exit.

Start game.

I had exact same problem with the DDeluxe version from Steam.

well i got the Digital deluxe version as it´s named in EA store, but while i did finally have my game unlocked yesterday morning, they still haven't beothered to give me my codes.

wich kinda makes it kinda pointless for me to pre order something from the games actual provider, if they can't even deliver what i payed for in time.
