Well it sucks if you start out as a Dwarf Commoner. After you get thrown in prison, you practically lose it. I haven't reached the point to get the other pieces at some camp but it's quite frustrating to see how I lose the piece after a very short start =\\

I bought the digital Deluxe edition via EAStore, but I didn´t get the mail with the codes to download the add-ons.

I can only find useless FAQs, but not the e-mail address I have to write to to reclaim them. Does anyone where to write to get my codes?

I had exact same problem with the DDeluxe version from Steam.

This worked perfectly for me, thanks :happy: I created a desktop shortcut for the game in Steam and ran it 'As Administrator'... When I logged into the game, all my DLC sprang to life and installed itself.

This is clearly an access rights issue and BioWare should be stickying something about this somewhere. It took me several hours to find this advice, so I'm sure others would appreciate it.

I have registered one e-mail account at EA, but it refused to work here.



So here, I used my Bioware account, to upload my characters from the Creator and such.



This one (Bioware's for Social's) can be used to redeem the codes without problems? =X

So, I registered my Bioware's Y e-mail at my account here, and I'm uploading my characters there.

QUESTION: can I redeem the DLCs in the Y e-mail, this account, without worries?

Well i redeemed the codes that came with my copy.. But, nothing is showing up ingame, tried refreshing, and restarting the game, yet nothing actually appears.

I did a preorder from Steam and got the DDeluxe version. I entered my promo-codes and my preorder and DDeluxe codes were accepted.



But when I start up the game and go to DLC nothing is there. And when I refresh my point balance it says 0. It's just like there is no DLC available at all!



I have no idea what to do now and I must confess to being rather ticked off about this.

I have a really odd question here: if i buy Dragon Age for PC can I unlock the Blood Dragon Armor for Dragon Age on PC and for Mass Effect 2 on Xbox 360? I mean, can I use one code on two different platforms?

I have entered all redeem codes for my downloadable content, but they won't show in my "available content", even after restarting and refreshing. They are shown in my profile here at Bioware Network.



the EA Download Manager won't download it either, it says 5 downloadable items, then claims my internetconnection fails to connect. Which it isn't. Any hints?

I've the retail version buti once i insert the codes for stone prisoner and armour it tells me that it's impossible to comply? Why?

To everybody griping about how the Warden's Keep DLC is a rip-off, consider this:  You aren't just paying for the adventure, you are paying for access to new merchants, two new blood magic talents, eight new items, and a huge party storage chest.  All of that stuff is yours for the rest of the game.

BTW,  Warden's Keep is way cooler than the castle in NWN 2.  (Although I do miss the little gnome bard who spent his time hunting Wendersnaven....)

I think it is a shame that the Blood Dragon Armor is limited to characters with a strength of 38 or higher.  That pretty much means you have to play the game as a tank to wear it.
