i had a strange problem like this. i have the hard copy, btw. i entered my code and it got rejected. i entered it a second time and it magically got accepted. i'd figure typo, but this same thing happened 2 or 3 times. i'm not THAT  bad of a typer.

How do I play Wardens Keep? I downloaded it on the Xbox 360 but where is it? Also with Shale I think I sold the staff by accident I had no idea what it did or what it was for how can I get it back or have I now lost it unless I start over or something?

Wtf, after i installed the patch 'the stone prisoner' suddenly is listed as 'unauthorized',

even though i reedemed the code yeasterday and used it for many hours.

so i cant even load my last game now because it says that im not owner of this content, what the ****?



The stone prisoner is also now listed in available content section aswell as installed section!

Must be some ****ed up bug with the patch. Anyone else have the problem?

IM HAVING PROBLEMS

I have a problem considering Warden's Keep DLC for PC.

I log in, go to 'Downloadable Content' and I can't see Warden's Keep DLC in 'Avalable Content' tab.
I have even bought 560 Bioware Points because I thought it might not be shown because I don't enough points ready to be spent to purchase it but it still shows nothing in 'Available Content' tab.

Btw, I redeemed Shale's DLC, Blood Dragon Armor and 3 exclusive CE's items without any problems. Also, I haven't had any problem downloading 3 DA:J's items and ring for using Character Creator. :/
And one again - yes, I'm logged in.

I have solved my problem. In the launcher select 'Configure'. Go to 'Repair' section and press 'Clear Download Cache'  Launched game and Warden's Keep is here. I hope it might help others if someone else have similar problem.

Well, unlike most here, I have read this thread from page 1 to page 20, and you know what? The release of this game has been a total balls up! Firstly you can get the Collector's Edition in the UK on from a chain store called GAME that have exclusive rights to it. This has made them lazy and so you get no tin box, just a plastic and no cloth map!

Secondly, Now Bioware/EA are saying buyers around the world will get the Warden's Keep DLC if they download the deluxe edition 'to make up for not getting the tin box or cloth map' - well UK customers are not getting those two items even if they buy the retail version - so why don't they get a free Warden's Keep DLC?!

Thirdly, to all intents and purposes, you don;t even know if the game comes with a manual and customers are aking if the game will just come with a pdf, with no answer given!

Fourthly, You have total confusion over what version has what DLC, how to get the DLC, how to download the DLC how to use your codes and how to use the items one you have downloaded them! This smack of total ignorance by Bioware of any type of customer service! There is no way customers should be dealing with these shenanigans!

Dragon Age: Origins may be a good game, but everything else about it stinks to high heavens!

I have decided I will not be buying this game now until the GOTY edition that will have all the DLC included. It will avoid all this hassle, and as a UK customer I will be fighting back against this retail exclusive meaning UK customers alone miss out on the tin case and cloth map with no reward for not getting them when you consider the UK price for the Collector's Edition is the same price as the much better American version for the same price in U.S. Dollars! Once again, it's UK customers getting shafted nine ways to Sunday!

I have just put a bid in on ebay for Piranha Bytes 'Risen'. This has about 100 hours of gameplay, and that should get me to Fallout: New Vegas from Obsidian, a game that will use the Fallout 3 engine. By the time I get through that I would think the GOTY version would be on it's way, or I will be able to get the U.S. Collector's Edition for about half the price.

So because of all this DLC and UK retail crap, Bioware may end up not seeing any money from me at all, or at least not for 9-12 months! And it serves them right! The thread shows a despicable attitude to it's customers, we should all be up in arms instead letting these companies walk all over us! Where will it end.......?!

.... And of course, when the PC version doesn't sell very well (especially in the UK 40% of the market!), it won;t be because of the things that have been mentioned in this thread and others, oh no, it'll be piracy won't it! I can see it now!

I dislike this type of business practice. The customer buys a $60.00 game $80.00 for the limited edition believing that the player can play the game in its entirety but only too find out that theres extra downloadle content for an extra price on the same day of (said) release..

Just the thought of this little scheme is dishearting too real rpg's. Such scheme's kills the immersion. Theres nothing like being in game chatting too a npc only too find out you can't do his quest because you don't have the extra downloadble game content thats need.

Just wondering if anyone knows how to regain the Blood Dragon Armor if you sell it. I sold it to increase bag space on my mage since I thought your inventory was only for your character, so I would have no use for it. I realise now that I want it for Alistair. Is there any way to retrieve it or earn it again?

i downloaded the Digital Deluxe Edition and got no extra content of any description .. any idea how to get it ... i should have got ... memory band,band of fire,exclusive armor,stone prisoner and wardens keep .. but got nothing.oh i got the soundtrack and wallpapers.help someone ...

I seem to have all the stuff from the DCE apart from Bergan's Honour, the Blood Dragon Armour appeared in my inventory straight away as the blurb said it would, but no sign of the bonnet. The Keep and Golem quest lines seem to be there too.
Anyone have any ideas?

For those with 0% DLC progress, try clearing the download cache by going to the Configuration utility -> Repair -> left click on clear download cache.



The configuration utility is in the dragon age launcher. You will need to run the launcher as an admin in Vista/Windows 7.
