will the code for the Blood Dragon armor work on any copy of ME2? Or will it be if I buy DA:O on pc it will only work on the PC version of ME2?

Mr. Goodkat; the code is suppose to work on all versions of ME2, regardless of platform. Check out the bloodarmor section on the add-on page.

True. But for the few euro's moer it is worth it. i Own the european CE hardcopy and did have difficulties. All solvable if you try to understand windows..

I have just put a bid in on ebay for Piranha Bytes 'Risen'. This has about 100 hours of gameplay,

Sleepy gameplay. i own it and  find it a 80% game. it is allowed to stand in the shadow of dragon age.

So because of all this DLC and UK retail crap, Bioware may end up not seeing any money from me at all, or at least not for 9-12 months! And it serves them right! The thread shows a despicable attitude to it's customers, we should all be up in arms instead letting these companies walk all over us! Where will it end.......?!

Realize that the pc gamesmarket is complex. Piracy(plain stealing) is a  reason for a lot of this ****. Complain at sites like Pirate Bay that will be the dead of PC gaming(and thus any form of motivation to make better games).

.... And of course, when the PC version doesn't sell very well (especially in the UK 40% of the market!), it won;t be because of the things that have been mentioned in this thread and others, oh no, it'll be piracy won't it! I can see it now!

Like i said, I own a CE edition. Everything works with a little effort. Making dinner was more effort.

I entered both my codes online (yes i used correct email address) but I do not have points in game to redeem. I also only see the wardens keeper and stone prisoner I do not even see an option blood armor. I have clicked the refresh several times and I reloaded the game still nothing.

How do I redeem the blood armor? I entered the code, downloaded it, The armor shows up as a choice in my journal and I have 400 points to spend, but nothing. Do I have to be a certain level? Do I have to finish the game first?



Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After 2 failed downloads the Stone Prisoner now says I have to pay 1200 points to get it, re-enterng the promo code does nothing. I had trouble getting the rest of the add ons as well. Any help on this?

I'm beginning to get the impression I'm missing something...

I bought the DA:O Collector's edition (xbox360) from Game here in the UK.

Now it says I should have got :

3 in-game items

Stone Prisoner & shale

Blood Dragon Armour

I got code sheets for the Armour and in-game items but none for the Prisoner & shale.

My question is: Am I missing Prisoner & Shale code sheets or are they automatically included on he game disc?

I'm not that far into the game yet to tell and I really hope I haven't been taken for one here

For those looking for their downloadable content, I had to enter the redeem code at the title screen, then from inside the game, I had to go to the quest journal and scroll tabs til I found the entries for them. From there, I selected each one, one at a time which then takes you to Microsoft Xbox Live download/ purchase window, If you entered the redeem code at the beginning, these downloads will show up as free. After it downloads, the armor will appear in your inventory.



Basically, it's a 2 part activation which is poorly documented.

First off before people go crazy thinking I'm a DA hater, I just want to say that I do like this game. It's well done, and has a pretty decent story that's easy to get into. The problem I have so far is the dlc, and I hope Bioware takes this game seriously, and release good dlc like Bethesda does in the future. I bought the warden tower dlc and I'm very disappointed is anyone else? I paid like 7 for very very little content. Given the size and scope of the 60 dollar retail disk I excepted more content for something I pay 1/9 the original price for. This is very much the equal to Oblivion horse armor I just want them to release good dlc, not the crap they released for Mass effect after hyping dlc up for it before release. It's a good marketing technic but bad for those of us the get ripped off for little content. Also can anyone tell me why the stone prisoner is 1200 points? That's like 15 dollars and I only know of the quest to get him, and his plot quest. Is there really 1/4 of the retail disk content in that 15 dollar dlc. I mean I got it for free like most people, but that's pretty much extortion to encourage sales at launch. Anyways I hope people don't take this out of context and think I'm slamming this game, I just hope people make bioware aware that we want premium content that's justifies the price by game play. Bioware please do better then the crap you released for Mass Effect, is anyone with me on that?

The same as me apperently..

No Stone Prisoner, no Warden's Keep and a bunch on authenticity problems despite shelling out extra on the pre orderned Deluxe Edition - how lovely - oh joy!

Could any1 please tell me if later on you get armor better than Blood Dragon Armor? I don't just mean specs but all the stat bonuses as well. I'm kind of disappointed that from lv8 to now lv15 its still the best I have when I have the juggernaut armor & 2 tier 6 sets and part of a tier 7 set. Is there anyway to enchant armor later on or add stat bonuses to it?

you have to buy the rest of the armor and bergains helmet from the vendor at your camp.
