I bought the Warden's Keep DLC with bioware points but when i went to check the download progress it was stuck as zero. I closed the game and reopened it but now it's saying i have to rebuy it and I don't see an option to redownload it. please help!

U actually spent money after the first 50$ u spent for this game??? It's an RPG!!! Which essentially means u r on your own when u buy the game...Welcome to Bioware and EA's new scam!!!

I just bought the game and had problem with redeeming the stone prisoner. The story goes this way: I followed the card instructions to go to the main menu and select 'downloadable content' and select the 'redeem code'. After I entered the code, I click on 'Done' to exit the screen before clicking on the 'download' button. Somehow, after that, I cannot find any way to download the content anymore.



Whenever I talked to 'Felix', I was directed to the store to purchase the add-on. Can anyone help me with this? What can I do to be able to download the add-on without incurring the cost? Anyh help is appreciated.

I have the same problem. I entered the code at the 'Downloadable Content' screen and then, when I exit to the main downloads list, 'The Stone Prisoner' is gone. Is the redeem code broken?

Please help!

im finding a problem with the addons, after they downloaded he said that installation failed and marking game version in red at 1.0

the game verion i have is 1.09 so i guess its good. None of the addons have installed. Any suggestions will be much appreciated!!

Same problem. I have downloaded the content but how do I install it? It does NOT appear on the installed content tab. Please help. Thanks.

You may need to clear the download cache in the configuration tool. Not sure how you get to it in the boxed version as I use the steam version, but you need to find the Configuration Utility, goto the repair tab and then select Clear Download Cache and try restarting the game.

I also entered the codes from the collectors edition, i used the right account and e-mail. but didn't receive the Blood Armor, Fury of Shale or the exclusive items, it isn't listed in download list, or nothing

Where (or when) am I supposed to get the blood dragon armor? Party is around level 10/11 now.

I absolutely love the idea of DLC.  I'll gladly reward people for their hard work and design to come up with new modules and so on for the game to extend its life.  I plunked down my $20 for 1600 points so that I could get Stone Prisoner.  It was top notch, great design, a fun little mini-story, couple of cool items in there and wow...Shale.

But it was SO SHORT!!!  I for nearly half the cost of the game I expected something a little longer.  I'm pretty disappointed about that.  Now I'm a little worried about buying additional content if it's going to cost that much for "so little".  Again I really did love the content, but the entire game cost approx $50 for what looks to be many many hours of content.   Stone Prisoner cost me $20 for around an hour.   Not exactly an equitable ratio there I'd say.

Actually it was $21.37 cause they charged me sales tax.  Tax?  Really?  I don't pay sales tax for actual tangible goods from retailers such as Amazon.com but I'm paying tax for something the games' own EULA says has no value, can't be transferred or resold etc.etc.  Seems fishy.  I'd be interested to see documentation about how much of that tax money really winds up handed over to my home state.   

Finally, why not sell a points option that will cover BOTH modules?  1600 is not enough and an additional 400 is too much...  what's that all about.  ;-)

i finished wardens keep got the power of blood talents but if you kill that guys grand mother do you lose out on the Grey Warden Commander armor ?
