Why do the PS3 players get the Bonus XP? They didn't help.
It's always those damn PS3 users that get free stuff.

I demand that they get -25% EXP over the weekend.

As to the exp boost, um...I can take a toon 1-20 in one night without this buff. What is the point? Helping casuals? Regardless; weapons and class choice > char levels.

1) This multiplayer gets boring REAL quick. It's the same thing every time. I play maybe two matches a day before I get bored. Good for you that you can get to 1-20 in one night. Some people might actually prefer to play a real multiplayer game? Nah. If you can't get from 1-20 in one night you're obviously just some noob casual.

2) Maybe if they made re-specs easier to get, people wouldn't need this. If you don't like the way one of your characters turns out, you either don't use them or hope you get lucky and get a re-spec.

3) Character level does matter...or you can try beating Gold maps when you and your friends/teammates don't use any skill points. The only skill you have is that 1 point from default.

Good Lord did you guys turn up the difficulty for this weekend? We just wiped against Silver like 6 times in a row including a crazy Wave 1 Geth Zerg on Firebase Ghost that barely let us get a shot off. Maybe it's just one of those nights but everything felt weird.

Love the weekend events tho, hope you keep those up.

It's pretty obvious (and actually DIRECTLY implied) that this promotion exists to ensure most pople have high-level characters for whatever comes next weekend.

The lack of brutes is really noticeable!! Not overwhelmed anymore for reaper games!

It's similar, although when you promote a character you also gain 75 war assets per character promoted in single player. Basically these characters leave the multiplayer world and go to become a war asset for your single player games, giving you the opportunity to train a new level 1 team again.

I'd much rather have a rare gun bonus weekend again, but oh well. Guess XP can be nice too for people that really need it.

I just got all my characters back up to level 20. So I'm ready for next weekend. But the rewards are gonna have to be pretty good to get me to promote them again. I don't want to play with low level characters anymore.

does the lack of reapers affect what maps you play on for quick match? I kept getting like the same 3 over and over and I think 1 map I didn't even play on tonight. It seems like the chances of getting it were more rare. I believe it was firebase daggar. That one never showed up and it happens to be my fav map =(

It's not their fault they couldn't be part of last weekend's event. Punishing them for something that was beyond their control would be a very poor move.

ok, with each promotion in next week challenge, we will get a reward? or is it maybe, just one reward for all promotions? i just want to know should i level up all my characters.

It would be a mistake to give infinite rewards since it would encourage cheaters.

I have a great gaming pc and think its easily the best out of all the gaming platforms.  However, my me2 saves, and my friends are all on ps3.  Getting to enjoy a weekend or two of bonuses for one game isn't worth trying to convince 4+ people to spend their hard earned cash to build gaming PC's that will run ME3 as well as a console.

Promoted 6 characters? Get 6 packs! Especially sweet and tempting if those packs contain random exclusive unlocks...

Err... that's actually the point of the current XP bonus so that you can get back to lvl 20 faster for the next weekend.
