Does anyone know what the requirements are for a Paragon Shepard to get TIM to shoot hinself?
How much paragon is need to have TIM kill himself?

Alignment is irrelevant. There might be a reputation threshold, but it doesn't matter if you're a renegade or a paragon.
You need to hit every persuade node with the Illusive Man, regardless of color, in the game. One of them is "hidden" behind a left-dialog tree on Mars that most people miss. If you've hit them all, the last persuade options will not be grayed out. If you pick the paragon option, TIM will shoot himself. If you pick the Renegade option, you get to shoot TIM with an interrupt before he shoots Anderson himself.
