I had like 6 crashes on the citadel now. When trying to get into docks holding bay the game goes black screen and freeze, WTF? I also have to mention that it's never happened in my last and first playthrough, only now in my second. Does someone knows the solution? I've tried to get there from every floors on the elevators..

This happens to me consistently during Act 1.

After Act 1, it seems to work fine.

But before doing the final Act 1 mission on Tuchanka, I consistently get the "Black Screen of Death" and have to hard-boot my PS3 when attempting to go to "Docks: Holding Area" on the Citadel.

Several people claim that accessing the holding area from the Normandy "landing" screen (where the ATC lady asks if you want ground transport) circumvents this.

Yeah, but I don't get that option when i'm being asked where to dock. Cmon its unacceptable and unreasonable for ps3 users to be ignored, I lost alot of quests because I couldn't go there. Does somebody here has a solution for this?

Yes it's unacceptable, but please consult the hundreds of topics about this specific bug that were posted before yours and that you didn't bother reading.

Short story: patch is in the works.

I've had this same problem so many times, it's not even funny.

The one sorta-solution I've found is to visit every floor beneath the Docks:Holding Area, then go to that floor from Purgatory.

Or, y'know, the powers-that-be could maybe get to work on patch for this. That would work, too.

There is a workaround for accessing the Holding Dock: as soon as the loading screen comes up, press the PS button so that the XMB comes up. Wait until the black screen hits, and press the PS button again. When the XMB goes away, it will push you through the black screen and the game will continue as normal. It's worked every single time I've tried it.

It's really unacceptable that one has to use a workaround, but at least it works.

Be glad you don't experience what comes after.

Yeah I was gonna recommend this too. It's incredibly tedious and irritating, but it prevented any Citadel crashes for me from then on. (Multiplayer on the other hand...)
