I was wondering which is lower? Also does doing the Geth server or saving the Quarian General effect it?

I assume to get the lowest you would have had to rewrite the geth back in ME2, then not done either the server or the general and tried to side with the quarians.

It's an ME3 run so I can't change anything in ME2. I'm to this point in the game if anyone has some info.
I think you have to save the General or free the Server to trigger the main mission. They say the Quarians have one of the largest fleets, so I just wonder if the Geth would be lower.
