The problem is that my support item(missile launcher/shield booster/medi-gel/ammo-pack) limit was set to 0/2/0/0 so that i cannot use missile launcher or medi-gel anymore. I'm not sure which bug triggered it.
The crazy thing about it is that my shield booster limit is 2. So i can use 2 shield boosters per game and they are refilled automatically.
Later i got a ammo-pack-limit +1 item in a Spectre pack and from this point onwards i am able to use this tool too.
Still the problem remains with the missile launcher and the medi-gel. It's just very hard to win on Gold difficulty without those.
I contacted the support and they told me to adress the forum.
Here i am, waiting for a miracle.

tl;dr: I want my missile launcher and my medi-gel back!
