Best character in the entire series, apart from Shepard obviously. Love him to bits

I didn't find him particular useful in any combat sense. However, as a well-defined character and interesting character I am certainly glad that they added him.

I like Garrus and Tali most, but Javik is up there. His dry and unintentional humor can be great at the best of times. He's like the oldest troll in the universe. XD

Should have been a Vorcha. I'd have paid 30$ for a Vorcha teammate.

I'm kind of glad I didn't buy the DLC.

Garrus is my favorite, but Javik may have been had we gotten him before 3.

Legion is quite obviously the best character in the entire series. I do not know what you are talking about.

Very well written character in my opinion. He was not what I was expecting at all. When he disclosed that the Protheons used to enslave races in that matter of fact way I nearly fell out of my seat !

I loved Javik. Especialy since he approved of my many renegade actions. Just like Garrus and Ashely. Those three are the best. Not that almost every character is not awesome.

I like him, but best character? No way. Everyone knows Garrus is best character.

kinda meh, like all the squad-mates I got in ME3.
Only had one moment where I kinda liked him, the one where he tells Vega a "joke" other than that he was at best "meh" and at worst just plain out annoying.

The only cool new character and they cut him out to be sold as DLC. Not surprised.

I liked everything but his accent. Claiming the design was inspired by samurai/ancient far-eastern culture and then have an African voice seemed...off. The problem is that most Americans (the largest part of ME players by a huge margin) would associate it with Jamaica before Africa. As a result, I kept thinking he was supposed to be some stoner reference I didn't get. As a result, I stopped dragging him along and went with the time-proven stratagem of bringing whichever squad-mate carries the most firepower. It wasn't until after I beat the game and was emotionally devestated by the ending that I find out Javik is Ethiopian or something, and I felt like the accent was even more random.
Vorcha would have been cool. Didn't I turn over leadership of the Blod Pack to a Vorcha? That guy owes me one. He can go up and die after a confusing lecture by starchild.

Definitely a lot different than the romanticized vision I had of them after ME1. I didn't really care for him, a little too mean to the characters and races that I already really liked a lot.

He's awesome. Should have made Vega the DLC... but of course he's completely expendable and not important to lore at all and no one would buy it.

I really liked him. It was such an interesting twist that the Protheans ended up being Imperialists. I loved how it freaked Liara out so much that they weren't the romantic species she believed them to be. I was very impressed.

I loved even more how he kept dogging her on Thessia. I just love seeing Asari get knocked off their high horse.
Liara: "... and here is the servant of Athane who taught us agriculture."
Javik: "We didn't want you to starve to death."

Loved him. Although I love Garrus more than Javik, I think...
Yes, I think I'd rather romance Javik than Garrus. It'd just be super fun.

I thought he was really useful in combat and he was cool enough, but I don't feel he was any better than characters that have been there since the begening! I do think the woman from IGN was random though, she's very lucky to have appeared in the game, I think Dan and Andy off Inside X Box should have been in there if she was xD those guys are cool!
