If they don't fix the ending: no more money from me.
If they fix the ending: I'll buy ME1 and ME2 as well as any new DLC you throw at me (as I planed to do until I found the ending). Played ME1 and ME2 second hand up till now.

I don't have Jade Empire and Dragon Age II yet. Do those count? Future games, I'll buy them if they're interesting. I still like you Bioware even though EA is leading you to the dark side.

Last one I buy from them, unless they fix the ending properly. I loved the ME games but I hadn't bought all the DLC for ME2 yet - was planning to do that when I finished ME3 and have an ultimate replay, but cba now.

I hope not. But the line will be held. Have no doubt of it.

After DA2 and then ME3, it's getting hard to trust Bioware and I ain't going to come kissing their feet if they fix something that shouldn't even NEED fixing.

I know even if they do fix the endings, I probably won't ever preorder another Bioware game until my faith has been restored in the company, that they are worth me putting the extra effort and money into.

It'll also factor in that I'll be totally immune to any gaming hype from gaming magazines or anything of that sort . Just won't get excited over anything this studio produces nor will I recommend new customers to them . In fact I've already gotten 2 people that would have been interested in BioWare games to stay away . I won't tell them to go back and let themselves fall in love until this ending here is fixed and faith is restored .

Never pre-order again. Not interested in C&C. Will only buy DA3 (if developed) after release and reading user reviews. Trust factor is at all time low.

Don't know. I will not punish a new game and a different team. But I'm not anymore on the preorder or first day buy crowd.

It feels like when you fail a loyalty mission.

Perhaps.
I love games too much to pass up on interesting titles, sadly EA keep on exploiting my passions :(

I don't know.

In order I played Dragon Age, fell in love with it, searched out other bioware games so played ME1+2, and was hugely impressed, needed more so played Jade empire, again great fun.

Was super excited about Dragon Age 2, it was a massive let down, Me3 was made by a diffferent team so I was hopefull and bought it wihout waiting for feedback from other players. While it didn't have the wanabe anime styling and cut and paste dungeons and was up until the end a superb game, it shared DA2's unavoidable negative ending which made my choices seem pointless.

When a company starts doing the same thing over and over again and you don't like it you have to seriously think about continuing to spend money on the games. I loved DA:O so much that I really want to see how the story pans out but I'm in two minds.

I would like to say I 'll wait to see how the reviews from actual gamers look before I buy another bioware game, but my inner fan boy will probably get the better of me. I don't think i would buy a new bioware IP unless it got possitive reviews from actual gamers.

If bioware can give the fans what they want. I'll consider buying more of their products. If they can't it means they don't really care about them and it will be a no.

Let's say that if the ending stays the same yes it'll be my last Bioware game (might want to purchase DA:O, I heard a lot of positive feedbacks but I'm bored with fantasy...)

Yep

Bioware created a franchise that made you so invested that you go to a forum to voice your opinion about it.

That shows that they are incredibly talented in what they do, and I'll be damned if I let one mistake color everything.

So no.

Good luck finding any other franchises that captivates like Bioware's tough, I have been looking everywhere, and nothing comes close.

Just look at the sad state of Final Fantasy. Dear god, I loved that franchise. When Bioware turns into THAT, I'll be gone for good.

If ending DLC doesn't deliver, absolutely end of line.

Difficult question. Probably not, but it depends on how they handle ME3 in respect to just how well they listen to and address the fan complaints and feedback.
But I don't plan on preordering again (unbelievably enough this was my first ever game preorder), I'll wait for a while for the reviews before I decide.

Well since I can't see any bright future for the Mass Effect franchise, cause honestly, if they don't fix that disaster of ending ME4 is going to be Shepardless and MEless, I can say that yeah, it's prolly.
I may buy Baldur's Gate though, I still haven't played and everyone says its a jewel.

I had a lot of fun with 99% of the game, not going to shoot myself in the foot and not buy future games because I didn't like how this one ended... I probably just won't let myself get as invested next time.

If they don't "save" the ending, sadly yes...

Or if a game turns out to be irresistibly good, then I'd wait until its price is around $20/$25.

No idea. I'll have to see what the future game(s) offer. I just know I'll never pre-order a Bioware game again.

If they fix the ending, I may consider buying another game from them. I definately will not pre order a game in the future. I have been disappointed by games not delivering on their promises in the past, so I do not normally preorder games. I made an exception in ME3's case because I loved the first 2 and the promises made by Hudson, Gamble, etc prior to release seemed to me that they were going in the direction that supported that this would be an awsome game. The endings destroyed the entire series.

I had planned to go back and play through ME 1 & 2 with other Shepard's to see different changes to the series, but that is pointless now. I see no reason when the endings are all the same.

Funny thing is that BW even lost more money from me, as I only got The Arrival DLC and was going to get the Shadow Broker DLC for my ME2 playthrough and maybe some ME1 DLC. However, I see no reason to now that I will just be disappointed when I get to the ME3 end.

Too bad for me and Bioware.
