meh, bioware just got put in the pile with the 'rest' of the developers (except blizzard). i actually respected bioware MORE than blizzard up until the stuff with ME3. now blizzard is pretty much the only dev studio i really respect at this point.

that being said, ill buy a bioware game if i feel its worthy.

but its sad to say, you will no longer be hearing 'but its bioware. it HAS to be good!' from me anytime soon.

No I look forward to generals 2.

This is the last Bioware game I buy because it has their name on it. Only Bungie and Bethesda maintain that level of trust.

I'd probably say it was the last I'd pre-order. Last I'd buy?

Eeeeeeeeeeeh, I'd probably do a "Wait n see" like I did with DA:2 after disliking DA:O. (Absolutely no disrespect to the Dragon Age team, I know you all worked very hard on both games but they were just not my cup of tea, sorry.)

To me, it's not so much a question of buying future BioWare products as rewarding other developers for listening to and acting on fan input. Budget is not a concern for me, but I have only a limited amount of time to spend playing games, and I would rather play a game that gives me a rewarding experience than one with an ending that trashes every bit of effort I'd invested -- the latter of which seems to be characteristic of recent BioWare releases.

And while I do tend overlook the price of something I want to play, I am not blind to value. Specifically, free enhanced editions and free developer tools are always better than $10 DLCs that add little value to the overall product.

Depends on what they do with the ending, really. Even if they clarify it, that'll still be better than what we have. I will most likely buy DA3 only if the ending is fixed/clarified and DA3 is given a good user rating.

I do not play any other games from Bioware. So that will be an easy question to answer. Probably yes.

It depends on what happens in April. If they refuse to address any of the problems the Retake Movement has brought forward then I will not buy anything created by Bioware anymore. If they release some sort of DLC that I feel addresses the common concerns fans have about the ending then I will continue to buy their products.

If they do nothing then i'll stick with Bethesda. At least when fans complain about a poor ending to one of their games, they listen...

Can't say. What I can say is that I cannot trust the quality of their storytelling to be good anymore just because they're BioWare. I overlooked ME2's main plot because of great character pieces. DA2 didn't convince me of the passage of time and the ending choice there was moronic, to say the least. And then ME3's ending just showed me that they don't know their own universe anymore.

They used to be my go to developer, but now I'm going to be much more cautious and wait for reviews from people I trust on their future titles.

At the moment, ME3 may not be the last game I buy (it depends on genre and such), but it will be the last game I buy collectors'/preorder for.

Unless I absolutely love the new endings, I'll likely wait 2 weeks to a month before buying from Bioware in the future.

Probably not. But I'll be watching their projects closely if I become interested.

An ME MMO would be sweet if they did it right. At which point I encourage Bioware to look at Tabula Rasa because for what it was, it's mechanics were pretty good despite how dumb the dev company was with it. Great third person shooter as an MMO.

Its not going to stop me from buy the next game, I actually liked DA2, the ending of ME3 is my only real disappointment, don't get me wrong it would have been awesome to run into Gianna and some of the others but to me that'd be nitpicking every little thing. I think Bioware really miscalculated and/or didn't fully grasp just how fully vested we the fans were in it. I mean in such a short time this games has cross mediums everything from comic books and novels to talks of live action movies and anime. I don't think Bioware understand what it has in its hands right now, hopefully they'll figure it out though. Im really big on rpg games and for the most part Bioware hadn't failed as far as I'm concerned.

Actually this has convinced me to buy more bioware games. There were a load of moments where the game got to me emotionally and i love the multiplayer.

Yup. They nearly lost me at DA2... now this. Been a fan for 14 years, but it's time I came to terms with the fact that BioWare games are going in a direction that isn't to my tastes.

Unlike some, I'm not mad at BioWare or anything. They are free to craft the games they wish, just as I'm free to walk away.

I'll most likely never buy anything ME related again.
As for BioWares other games; I'll wait for reviews.

No more pre-orders, no more CEs for me.

Not the way I'm feeling now anyway.
