From browsing the forums, I know I'm not the only one missing all of Hawke's battle cries on the PS3 version.
Will this ever be addressed? Fixed?

BioWare won't even acknowledge that no one on PS3 has heard Hawke's battle dialogue, never mind fixing it. We've been asking about it for over a year now and can't even get a "sorry, can't fix it." It's ridiculous.

Yeah after all the issues with the PS3 versions of Dragon Age 2, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3 I'm pretty much done with Bioware on the PS3. Things like the audio skips on DA2/ME2 (and now on ME3) have been an issue since those games came out, plus the whole save file corruption fiasco those two games. We've been asking about Hawke's battle cries since the game came out and Bioware hasn't even acknowledged our posts.
If you have a 360 or a good PC, just use those instead. I bought a 360 back in January and I'm in the process of re-playing the Mass Effects and Dragon Ages on it and so far every game has been better on 360. Yeah it sucks for us of us who have invested over 100 hours on DA1/2 and ME2/3 on the PS3 but what can you do? Lesson learned. Never buy a WRPG on the PS3.

****!
I thought it''d been fixed with the latest patch, but nope. Hawke's still silent as a grave. And since they officially stopped developing for DAII, that's the last patch we get, no?

C'mon, BioWare. DA2 is behind you, at least admit you dropped the ball on this one.
Just own the fact that one platform missed out on an entire feature.
