Its simple and it would make the new endings very easy to write. Its called make the crucible a giant transmitter that spreads a synthetic virus which can wipe out the reapers entirely and have it hit the mass relays and have them go heywire and spend the virus throughout the galaxy which wipes out all the reapers at once. I think that should have been our forth option. And the virus is created from Shepards omni-tool. I would have EDI involved in this part.   There is how shepard can live and the virus also kills the god child which will make some fans happy too.
