So I'm told that to get the cutscene where you see Shepard breathing under the rubble you need 4000 EMS minimum, thing is I have 5429 EMS (galaxy readiness 100%) and I don't get the cutscene.
Am I doing something wrong here?

You have to have the required EMS before starting the Cerberus HQ mission.

You must beat the game once and import that save into a NG+ to see that ending.

Not true, I had just over 6000 ems before the cerberus mission on my first playthrough and got that clip.
