 Hello, I bought Mass Effect 2 so I could catch up on the story, and since I have really slow internet I had my brother put mass effect 2 on an external for me, now for some reason transfering the files into my steam common folder, and restarting steam, it still wants to download the whole game, so I tried putting the full mass effect 2 folders and files into the downloading folder and thus it did not solve my problem, why can I not transfer someone elses mass effect 2 steam files into my mass effect 2 steam files so that I do not have to wait a month to download the game??
