Depends on the platform, are you playing on PC or Xbox?
if its PC just go the the origin store or here http://social.bioware.com/page/me2-dlc
if its xbox, well why aren't you using the xbox market

I'm asking myself the same thing, where do you purchase Mass Effect 1 DLC? It's not on Steam or available here (that I can find anyway)

IIRC you can go to EA customer support (or maybe its microsoft) and ask for the codes to download them.This has been asked numerous times and i'm pretty sure this was the solution.
