So I moved my Mass Effect 3 save to the cloud because I got a new Xbox.
When I start my game up my progress is still where I was when I last saved but now all of my achievements are reset to 0 in the Extras section.
I'm right before the Illusive Man's base so will I have to completely start over on Insanity to get all 27 missions complete or is it just a glitch and my progress is still saved?
Acheivement Progress reset?

I'd say if your gamertag's progress isn't affected at all to not worry about it. I noticed when I did a second run for Insanity in the Extra section certain achievements with a counter were reset. Use this ability x amount of times. Kill this x amount of times. For awhile it wouldn't budge even if I did the requirements over again but it eventually went back to being normal. I don't know if it was from hitting a certain point in game or continual loading of the save file when I wanted to play.

Its all gone. This has happened to me twice already. I talked to the EA customer support and they had nothing helpful to say. It is pointless to try for Insanity because my progress just gets reset. And I can't get the overload achievement because I keep getting reset when I am around 50 or 80 out of 100. It is really annoying and disappointing, I was hoping to get all the achievements in ME3 like I did for the past games. But this game keeps wasting my time. It is caused by connecting to EA servers when you boot up the game.

Well given what The Ocean Man has said I feel that's whats causing the problem. But another question. You said you used the Cloud Save to transfer to a new Xbox. Have you tried actually copying the save to the hard drive? I just would not trust the Cloud feature AT ALL right now considering the problems it had with ME2 saves.

Yes, I moved it to the new Hard Drive on the new Xbox. My story progress, Galactic Readiness, Multiplayer progress and Military Strength are all fine. But every achievement now shows 0 out of whatever the requirement is. Even the ones I have already obtained.

In response to the original post, Bioware have already stated that moveing your save file/s to the cloud and then pulling them back down was not working in terms of ME1/ME2 data so it would not be a surprise if ME3 data was haveing the same issues. If I remember correctly it was something to-do with save files are connected to your profile mixed with cloud corruption/removal of the link between your profile owning the save file blablabla. The safe way was by placeing the save file on a usb stick and manually transfering it that way, it apparently keeps your info in-tact and correct.
