After picking up Ashley after the Citadel/Udina Coup, I only talked to her ONCE on the observation deck with a "Hey, Commander."  Then pretty much every mission after picking her up, she COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED from the Normandy.  I am aware that characters move on the Normandy from time to time and I keep pulling up the Normandy Map and every time it says she's on the Observation Deck.  Nope....the ENTIRE game she was gone!!

I had romanced her from ME1, didn't cheat on her like a good boy in ME2, and wanted to romance her again in ME3.  Oh but a bug screwed that relationship over, and when I decided to romance someone else, she decides to hit on the turian instead...FML.

She's still there... honest. Took me a while to find where she was.

Hint: Search the floors of the observation deck... the room where she normally sits... she is lying on the floor. Oh and remember to tread quietly heh.

Ok! Thanks for the tip!! I'll give it a shot on my next playthrough....after they fix the BSOD.  LOL.

I lost her in my playthrough as well (before MY bsod). When I finally found her I laughed my socks off.

Then Tali goes and does something similar and that made me laugh even more.
