When we are in control, Shep is a stone cold killer, alwais on target and deadly. When Bioware controls Shep he can't hit anything.

When we are in control. Shep never hesitates, when the shot is there he takes it. When Bioware is in control. Shep stands stupidly by as friends arehurt or killed. If I was in control, Thane would never have been hurt. When Kai Leng does his pose, he gets one between the eyes.

When we are in control, Kai Leng gets scraped off the top of the vehicle (See any cartoon with a train and a tunnel).
When Bioware is in charge he gets to do his thing and survive while Shep stupidly flies way under the supports.

Liara knows that double tapping enemies is a good idea, but the great soldier Shep forgets to make sure Kai Leng is really dead. If he watched more movies he would know arch villians always get up again.

Ashley stupidly walks up to Eva, negating the advantage of having a gun.

Armor can be worn under clothes (see "Serenity"), That close Udina gets a head shot to be sure.

I know there are more, feel free to add to the list.

When BioWare is in control, Shepard has the ability to pull out Avenger assault rifle and/or Predator pistol out of invisible magic hat. I ****ing hate when my Shotgun-only Vanguard/Black Widow-only Infiltrator does this.

True, that is the one thing which really bugs me. The other things I can let slip for story purposes..
