I hated the way my Femshep, who was presumably in love with Thane, reacted to his death. She acts like nothing happened. =_=
After Thane is killed, there's a dialog with (?) Tali (Not sure, don't remember exactly) about lost friends. And Shep says "Oh Ashley died!!! Poor Ashley. I cannot forgive myself". I was just like: "WTF?! You just lost THANE, and all you can remember is Virmire?"
