Nice Bioware, exactly what I wanted to hear, just some extra closure, nothing more. Bring on the DLC, I wan't armor-packs, weapon-packs, a chance to revisit Omega and so on, I'LL BUY ALL! And I will never stop buying your products either, why miss out on great stuff because an ending?

Please point out to me exactly what I did wrong to have you personally attack me yet again? Because, from all I can see here, it's just because I said "Thank you, BioWare".

That wasn't anything remotely resembling a personal attack.

I know, he whines and complains about the littlest things, and then says we do.

And yet, I hadn't said ANYTHING remotely negative yet, nor was I planning to. I simply said "Thank you, BioWare" and you felt the need to come after me because I like something you don't.

But no, sure, okay, it's alllllllllllll my fault. How dare I have the temerity to form my own opinion!

He was not saying anything about you at all. He was expressing his position, which is different from yours, with humor. That is it.

Except, he wasn't expressing his position. He was directly attacking MY opinion, in an attempt to demean my opinion.

See, just because they're not giving you every last thing you want, doesn't mean they aren't listening. 

We know they are listening which makes the fact that they are doing the bare minimum all the more disappointing.

But... if you know they're listening... how can you claim they aren't listening?

But, they ARE listening. They are taking feedback into account. To what degree, we just don't know yet.

To accuse BioWare of NOT listening is dishonest and only serves to try and push an agenda.

They listen to those who tell them what they want to hear, apparently. Hence the enamourment with paid game critics who do not comprise their actual customer base. If they're paying any kind of attention at all, they cannot have missed that we were asking for new options unless they are deliberately ignoring us.

 No offenes to either of you, but you've taken a two sentence disagreement and are currently filling the thread with it. If you want to fight-which you both do often-, as entertaining as it is, please don't do it in the threads. Some of us, like me, acually read them.

He has every right to attack your opinion. Just like you attack everyone else's. Attacking your position on an issue is NOT a personal attack. It is an argument, or more politely a discussion. Seeing that we are in a forum for discussion it should not be that surprising.

I don't attack opinions, I attack facts. That's different. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and when someone says "I don't like" the ending, I certainly am not going to try and rage at them because their opinion is invalid. It's when people attack facts about the ending that I jump in to clarify and try to make people realize they're misinterpreting certain things as part of an agenda. 

Please, tell me where I've ever rewritten something someone's said, as a statement of opinion, in order to make it say the exact opposite in an attempt to diminish them.

They are deliberately ignoring us. They hope that those who only want the closure/explanation to the endings will go over to the "Mass Effect 3 is so awesome" camp and divide the movement for the retake the endings and cause in fighting and destroy our movement all together. That is what they are hoping. If we reject their DLC and continue to demand the 16 endings we were promised the options we were told we were getting when the Ad and PR campaign was going on before the game was released then they will have to listen.

Don't buy their DLC. Don't let them placate you with the promise of closure and explanation. Letting them win will allow them to do the same thing in the future with other games. We need to send a message to Bioware and video game companies at large that we will not let them get away with this crap.

This all means that they already had DLC planned to squeeze out more money from us with having a bad ending and like the pointless Prothean Javik we will have some dialogue that try and explain the endings, all for the price of $10-15...

I really hope this will affect Bioware and EA one way or another, this has got to stop with the entitlement of Publishers and developers of false advertising and having customers pay for their game piecemeal.

Just like how MP wasn't suppose to affect the Sp portion of the game it did and it messed up things of SP only players.
I now have ZERO doubt that when the order or idea for MP came down the line the endings was just thrown together as a mess just so they could focus on fitting the Mp in with the game and the game code.

All of ME3 is great then it's like the writer and developers just gave up and threw something in there.
How else can they explain that the endings "should be varied and different and all your choices has purpose, no ending alike etc etc"....

Whatever happened to Shepard being the MacGyver of Suicide Missions?...making the possible possible is what this game has always been about. It is still my favorite franchise regardless of the ending. And if bioware keeps pumping out dlc, games like mass effect, mass effect spin offs, or more cool choose your own adventure sci fi action RPGs.......i might still bite.

Have you ever had a conversation with someone who was listening to your position, but you suspected they had no intention on taking into account anything you said. That they had already made up their mind, and were just trying to placate you to get you to go away? It is not really listening.

That is what he is trying to state. I think. I am putting words in his mouth. He can correct me if I am wrong

But we don't know that they're DOING that.

At this point, there's two options.

1. Be a Negative Nelly and assume BioWare hates you, your family, your dog, and your taste in music and is just playing along in the hope that you'll all shut up so they can finally get some sleep, GOD WHAT IS WITH YOU PLAYING MUSIC AT 2AM ANYWAY.... sorry. I may have taken some of my anger out at my neighbors here. Just... ignore that last bit.

2. Assume that they are listening, even if they don't give you EVERYTHING they want. That BioWare values it's customers and realize they did something wrong, and that they aren't actively going to try and ****** people off more and get them to stop buying their products.

I mean... I'm as pessimisitc as pessimists come, and even I think that number 2 is the far more reasonable option,
