I recently took part in the alienware promotion and used the keycode given to me.  However, Origin states the content is "installed" but the weapon hasn't appeared in my inventory.  Was wondering if I could find a way to get the rifle.

That might explain it. The promotion isn't clear about it but it might just be SP only.

The Indra? Last time I checked it was single player only.
Unless they've changed that since I was playing yesterday.

Either way, it's not listed on the Multiplayer Manifest.

I looked arround and this is the first article i found about the weapon.

So to answer the OPs question without knowing for sure: Maybe it is unlockable only on MP and when you get it there you ll get it on SP as well? dunno. Maybe its ultra rare.

Havent unlocked the weapon on MP yet.... so if someone has... any insight of how good it is?

Mass Effect 3 fans have gotten a slew of free content recently with the Resurgence DLC and it looks like PC gamers can have a chance to get a unique weapon from Alienware for nothing more than signing up at their site.

The M-90 Indra Sniper Rifle is a new weapon for Mass Effect 3 multiplayer that is similar to the Cerberus Arc Projector and deals a ton of damage to shields and kinetic barriers. The rifle fires ionized air that is then electrified to deal a massive amount of damage to the unlucky recipient of the blast.

Mass Effect 3 PC gamers can get this unique weapon for free by going to AlienwareArena.com, getting a redemption key, and redeeming it on Origin. If you don’t already have an account with Alienware Arena you can register for one and still get the free weapon.

There are a limited number of keys available with only about 9,400 left as of 11:30 am Eastern time so if you have a PC version of Mass Effect 3 you’d better get going to redeem this free sniper rifle!

It's their on the manifest. It has to be there for multiplayer, how do i unlock it?
