Today I purchased the Collector's Edition of Dragon Age. The game runs like a dream and I am loving it.

However, none of the extra content I  paid extra for has made an appearance and the downloadable contnet page wants me to purchase the expansions individually.

I've run through the support pages on what I can do to fix it, run the updater over and over to no avail. Steam provided me with key codes from DA Orgins orginal AND collector's version. What do I need to do to get this resolved, please?

First of all, make sure you're logged in to this site with the account you play Dragon Age on.

Then, on the left-hand menu here, go to Profile->Redeem Promo Code, and enter the extra codes there.

The DLC should then show up for download in-game.

I am logged in and I tried putting in the codes in the promo selection. They didn't register.

What happened when you clicked the "Redeem code" button?

"Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly. Unable to redeem code."

I've directly copied the code and pasted it to the input.

I'd find it difficult to believe a generator got it since Steam provided it.

Did you checked if its already registered on your game entitlements? http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

I'm not seeing anything under any of the PC listing there. I have registered the Dragon Age: Origins key to my online account though. Bioware knows I have a copy of the game.

Nothing whatsoever? No stone prisoner, no warden's keep, no blood dragon armor? Sorry but are you sure you are using the account you entered for those codes?

I'm pretty damn sure. The only "codes" I have are CD keys provided by Steam, one for the Deluxe edition and one for the normal. Also, when I look up the downloadable content for Dragon Age on Steam, it says I have downloaded on my account Dragon Age Origins Bonus Content, Dragon Age Origins Deluxe CD key, Dragon Age Origins Game CD key. It explains above this that,

"all downloadable content is automatically installed and uninstalled with this game and can be accessed by playing it."

This is obviously incorrect; is it something wrong with Steam?

Ah. here's something. I went back to try and re-register my game.

It will only let me register the NORMAL Dragon Age: Origins game code. When I try and plug in the Deluxe Edition's code provided, it tells me it's invalid.

On gamestop, the DLC codes are emailed separately perhaps your code are emailed separately? I think you need to check with steam because other players here have that same issue as well.

I have both codes. Just one of them (the Deluxe edition code) is invalid according to Bioware when I try and register it with my profile.

Man, this sucks, why would it be invalid if explicitly you were given a code for the deluxe edition. I think you really need to sort this out with Steam.
