Dwarf protagonist for DA3 with male dwarf voiced by Steve Blum.

i approve in every way of this.

except maybe Qunari Protagonist voice by Steve Blum.

Male Kossith protag (can be Qunari or Tal-Vashoth), voiced by Peter Mensah.

I'd be fine with the dwarves coming back (along with the kossith), but please bring both genders!

Indeed. I found the lack of dwarven women in DA2 disturbing. After having slightly too many of them in the first game we went to having none at all. They even did concept art for them and then didn't include a single one in the entire story.

I'd personaly like there to be a few dwarven women in DA3. Not as many as in Origins, but some. I really hope we don't get landed with a forced human character again but I strongly suspect our main character for DA3 won't only be human but possibly even have a fixed name too.

Hey, wouldn't it be rgeat if the main character of DA3 was Sandal? Seriously. Thatw ay the conversation wheel could actualy show intent rather than results. Yeah I know they claimed that in DA2 it showed intent rather than result but over two thirds of the time it showed results too. Playing Sandal and using the conversation wheel to indicate how he struggles to communciate with people could make for some very challenging gameplay indeed.

But they'd never have Sandal as a main character. We might be able to start petitioning for a Bodahn & Sandal dlc in the same vein as Leliana's Song (but without all the fighting). Sort of an origin story DLC regarding how Bodahn and Sandal met in the first place or something like that. Bodahn could even be telling it to Sandal a la the Princess Bride. It could be all sorts of fun :).

In DA2 Varric or Bartrand tells that there only a short window after a Blight, while the Deep Roads are relatively safe, from which i thougth it means that the Darkspawns replenish their number quite quickly.

Being a greedy Tehtras opportunist he might have meant a short window of opportunity before all the other surface treasure seekers got there first and picked it clean :P.

Knowing Bartrand this might have been the case Posted Image.

Also after an old god is defeated the darkspawn have no need to grow their numbers because they have no true leader at hand. They are disorganized to say the least.

What role should the dwarves have? Well, they should save the world again, of course! Hell, they've been saving the world for thousands of years now, beating back the encroaching darkspawn hordes so spoiled surfacers don't have to... well, not until the next Blight, that is.

On a more serious note, if DA3 is gonna take place in Orlais, I strongly suspect Kal-Sharok will be a visitable location, and perhaps even play a vital role in the storyline. I will be interested to see how Kal-Sharok has fared in comparison to Orzammar if so.

Isn't it obvious?
Beard keepers of the realm. Should the beards fall into the wrong hands the darkspawn shall destroy all.

I hope that all the different races (non human) play a bigger role. A big war would require alliances with non humans. It happened in origins. I would also like a female dwarf who is also a potential love interest.

I'm hoping to see some of them sympathize with the mages because:
1. Their hatred of the Chantry
2. They remember the times of prosperity with the Tevinter Imperium, and hope that such a reformation would guarantee them allies to help them reclaim thaigs.

I'm also hoping the Primeval Thaig and the red lyrium and more ancient Dwarven histroy are elaborated on.

Also, I'm eager to see Bhelen again.

In DA3, dwarves should just be there for my character to rest his mug on.

DA3 should be all about Dwarven politics, and the vast majority of the game takes place in the Assembly fighting bills you haven't bothered to read for yourself because you only vote to max out (grind) friendship/rivalry with the blue and red political parties. Much like other Dragon Ages, there would be no real choice or gray area, and everything would end up the same regardless. Instead of a Grey Warden or a Champion, you become an Assemblyman, and romances can include options like a gay sex scandal with an underage page or impregnating a woman who isn't your wife and then using campaign funds to buy her silence. Either way, your political career is ruined and you won't be playing that character in the next game. There would be no option to play a female, because it's too expensive and Bioware/EA apparently doesn't have as much money as other game companies.

I want a Dwarf King voiced by Brian Blessed. You all know that would be amazing.
