Have yet to see a game with satisfactory hair.

I find it very difficult to make a good looking shep using the hair they provide, for men and women

The colourations of hair/skin/eyes are spazzing out sometimes and out of all colours you get like 4 maybe, which is basically blonde brown reddish and black. Some nose shapes along with eye shapes.
Also if face import bug is fixed, would like ability to change hair colour/style.

I think i would be great if they improved every thing in the character creating thing again because seriously when i imported my character i was like "WHO IS THIS IN FRONT OF ME" like for some reason the hair i use to have on ME2 made me have a giant for head and my face structure didn't look good then it was before 
I also noticed some characters in mass effect 3 got beat up with the ugly stick because Kelly Chambers looked fugly (but in mass effect 2 she looked great)

I'm sure a lot has to do with technological availability. But here's my wishlist:
1. makeup for men (if it doesn't exist already)
2. beards for both sexes
(but more seriously...)
3. jewelry
4. haircuts that don't look like they came from dated salon clipart
5. even more colors (hair, eyes, skin, etc.)
6. more structure options (I have always modeled Shepard after myself, and although I've gotten pretty close, I could get closer)

If I want an African VA, I want Roger Cross. At least in DA:O painted everyone as a caucasian, no matter how dark you tried.
Don't get me started on the elves, good god the lack of spine is appalling.

I think the character creator for msheps has some pretty bad options, the noses are all really big and the eyes look weird. Especially compared with deafult Shepard who actually looks really good, making the difference in quality more noticeable. With FemShep it's possible to make her look pretty decent, sometimes even better looking than the default model.
