If I had dialogue options my Shep would be all "There's a door. Lol, I let her take a shower even when I have no interest in pursuing her. Sure it is a little weird that she just gets "naked" (as much as a woman besides Liara can in ME3), but it didn't bother me too much. Plus, I love how Shepard can completely ignore her flirty comment  - it is very well done, Samantha drops it instantly, and everything goes back to normal with chess.

Your question was probably answered by now but: No, you are hereby screwed. The moment you choose to take that shower with Traynor it locks you out of all other possible romances and permanently friend-zones you with Liara.

There's no way to undo this or to get with Liara or anyone else during this playthough now. The only thing you can do is to reload the game until before you took that shower with Traynor and choose not to go in with her.

I feel for you. I had the same thing happen to me in ME1, except with Ashley and Liara, obviously.
