Dragon Age armor and Reckoner Knight armor in ME. Although, they are free.

Dragon Age armor required buying Dragon Age? I'm guessing that the various 'bonus' armors in ME3 only appear if you have the relevant games/dlc tied to your EA account.  So if you really wanted the coolest armor from ME2 you'd need to buy a whole other game. XD

My god. The amount of exaggerated rage is strong in this thread.

I'm so glad that, like, your opinion is universal and, like, is everyone elses opinion too, and stuff...

Final Fantasy 10 was the last great Final Fantasy game. Everything after that sucks horribly.

You didn't like FFXI?

Must suck to hate fun

XI was a mmo so most people don't count those.

Final Fantasy is a series of ups and downs because every game is so different. There are plenty of other JRPGs on par with Final Fantasy, but they don't have the SqareEnix production values.

If you weren't paying attention, I can understand how you would think that.

The ending was predicted during the game. Heck, you even have a voiceover during the ending from earlier in the game.

The ending was beautiful. I hated what happened, but it was beautifully done.

But I wasn't talking about that. i was talking about the part...after the ending. Hard to explain without giving it away.

Yes, I was paying attention, and I understood the plot fine. It doesn't change the idiocy of the fact that (without going into spoilers) a character shows up for no reason, and the event that the characters spent the entire game working to avoid happens anyway, rendering all of their work pointless. Sure, from a visual perspective it was quite beautiful. That's it.

The only thing this and ME3's ending have in common is that they both end with tacit admissions to buy more content to flesh out the story more. XIII-2's just more brazen about it, that's all.

Holy christ OP, calm down.

Yes it's a little silly. So what? It's just a little costume DLC. Worse DLC exists. Crazier crossovers have happened. This doesn't affect ME in anyway. I was amused hearing about this DLC, especially since I have big FF fans as friends whom I like to annoy with constant Mass Effect talk.

XIII-2's ending you can see coming from a long way off. It's like desperately trying to bail a sinking ship with a thinble. But it makes sense. Thats' the imprtant thing here it's foreshadowed, it's not something that just pops up in the last 5 minutes. I'm totally with you on it being a deflating experience , but it's still explained and complete. It's a sad ending, not a bad one.

So I take it you're not a fan of JRPGs...

Chill out. It's not that big a deal. It's there for people who want it.

...Caius should've gotten Reaper/Collector armor to match. :P

I like SOME JRPGs. recent Final Fantasies are just not part of the list for the emo git **** since the 7th one. However, they crossed a line I never imagined they could actually cross in terms of pathetic ridiculous uninterresting characters. it's as bad or maybe even worst than FFX...

but I like some JRPGs... NieR was fun and interresting, White Knights Chronicles had potential ruined by a weird execution. and of course Pokémon is always my guilty pleasure...

Check out Xenogears for ps1,that was an epic

Umad bro?

FF XIII-2 was a wonderful game. Wonderful. Ending was epic-ly scary and sad and awesome and touching, all at different points.

I think cross-game content is a little odd, especially something as diverse as these two games (at least the DAII Dead Space stuff and the ME3 KoA stuff is by the same publisher; this is two completely separate companies teaming together), but if they want to do this more power to em.

I think you're mad, bro.

This.

If you don't want to buy the armor, don't buy the armor. Nobody's forcing you to. I certainly wont. I'm not even buying FFXII-2. I didn't even buy FFXII. If I wante dto though, I would buy them. But I don't, so I won't. At no point in there did I feel it appropriate to have a conniption about it.

True what you said there OhoniX. People will overreact on BSN about the slightest thing that doesn't even affect them in any way.

I will pay good money to see a video of the ending with him wearing this outfit.

Do you hear me? GOOD. MONEY.

Lol man, got a good laugh out of me with that line. And I agree it looks out of place. Still not as bad as ME3's ending though :D

Square Enix publishes Mass Effect 3 in Japan.

I guess someone missed the memo? The cross-promotion is part of an aggressive push to bring more Japanese people into fandoms of western games.

That's all.
