Because having done that in every shop I took Shepard to, when we return to the Citadel in ME3, why wasn't there an angry mob of shop owners, braying for Shepard's head for lying to them, just to get a discount!

i was actually really expecting an easter egg or something referencing this.

There was.

Garrus says, "I'm Garrus Vakarian and this is my favorite spot on the Citadel."

If you purposely miss the shot in his "friendship scene"

I hate in the final attack they say "This is it" like a thousand times.

Not so much the line as how it was delivered.

Right after Cortez is shot down, Shep yells "STEEEEEEVE" with such emotion, then after the reputation check to determine if Cortez lives it's almost as if this was an entirely different recording session. "You sure?" has no emotion in it whatsoever haha.

Well, apart from the whole StarChild sequence, the "STEEEEVE!" felt really out of place and out of character for Shep.

As for the "I was born in London, you know...", I crack up each time I hear that.
