The moment Shepard says "Hooyah" summed up most of what was wrong with the game for me up to that point.

I almost forgot about this.  "Hooyah" just sounds so... odd.  It didn't even have to be Shepard saying it to be weird.

You do realize "Hooyah" is a Navy thing? It's a war cry. *shrugs* I liked hearing it from FemShep.

I can't think of worse lines in ME3 apart from Diane Allers ones (i.e. every single one)

but funniest line (which technically should be the worst because shepard never ever says this in any ME game) YOU STUPID JELLY FISH

That was an embarrasing moment, everyone screams without shepard, who almost whispers/talks.. "Hooyah..."

Almost like this:

Well thank you Commander Obvious.

Don't know of anyone mentioned it, but the completely random "I was born in London."

anything from starchild
Anderson mentioning he was born in London over the holocom was alright but the fact that he says it again on the shuttle and Shepard says "really?" is pretty weird.

Also Shepard's keelah selai to Tali before fighting the destroyer, a bit too corny for my tastes.

"One day my sweet" Really Buzz Aldrin? Didn't expect you to phrase it that way.

Thing is, shouldn't she have said, "Oo-rah?"  She's a marine.  Bothered me at the time.

I'm going to have to go with the whole ending dialog as the worst lines.  "The Shepard?"  "My sweet?"  What the hell kind of grandpa tells a kid stories about mass murder, high-attrition warfare, and alien sex?

This one respectfully finds the quote "You big stupid jellyfish!" to be highly offensive to the Hanar people. This one regretfully intends to file a charge of slander with the nearest available C-Sec office.

Not sure if I ever heard this in game, but this was in trailer:

"Each of you must be willing to die. Anything less, and you're already dead"

What does this even mean?

Also:
Shepard: "We fight or we die"
Someone else: "That's your answer for everything!"

The absolute worst to me is when Shepard says "get better...and that's an order" (cue overly dramatic piano). It was the first time in ME3 I felt aware that they changed the writing staff.

That scene in the hospital with Kaidan/Ashley. Everything about it seemed off, but "..and that's an order" was especially bad. Makes me cringe every time.
