I just finished my second playthrough on insanity with my Adept shepard, and as I was going through my achievements I noticed my Peak Condition badge shows I'm level 56 though I'm a level 60. Anyone know why or how this is possible? I got the MP portion of it as I have two level 20s but it's strange that my SP level is 56.

The achievement stops tracking as soon as you reach the cap in either single player or multiplayer. Because you got to level 20 in MP, the achievement is unlocked, and thus the SP cap is irrelevant.
