 Hi , 

im having some serious issues redeeming the "cerberus code" via game ( the answer is "already in use" ) and via Socialnetwork (  the answer is "unrecognized code...") as i've read in this forum , i've already registered the game under my profile , and i've submitted 2 tickets to the https://help.ea.com/ , one without the code inside the fields (3 days ago ) and another one submitted right now with all the requested fields  right now (or maybe a couple of minutes ago)   ....
Anyone could give other help? Did Ea's had abbandoned ME2 help after the launch of ME3 ?The field "Screen Name" probably its was bad compiled (my fault , i've thought that i had to fill the the screenshot name instead of my origin ID) , could slow down the assistance program?
