There is a conversion between a vistor and the receptionist over the name of the hospital (occurs after the events of Palaven). Does anyone know what happens if you support either one?

As well, in the patient area there are 2 doctors arguing. One favours selective use of the supplies while the other says everyone should be treated the same. Any difference?

I dont know about the war assets part. I did it both ways...never noticed anything per say...

I do know that allowing that girl in the docks to go fight reapers instead of cerberus, becuz she thinks her brother may be in big C, drops your war asset.

something about some company took losses becuz not enough engineers...and so it dropped the war asset score a bit...

so...from now on lil lady...gotta chance it...lol
