I find it rather amusing people complain about how the catalyst appear out of nowhere, and yet readily accept out-of-the-blue "Shepard was indoctrinated all along!"
Might as well say Shepard had a heavy supper before bedtime and had a nightmare of Reapers attacking Earth.
Indoctrination is thematic across all 3 games. It does not come out of nowhere.

I actually never complained about that. Given 6 or so months I am pretty sure Liara would find something like that.

Don't forget it being a main plot device of nearly all the comics and books. I actually screamed at the TV, knowing full well that I was being indoctrinated. I'm a die hard fan, read everything multiple times (except Deception, due to plot holes), played the games many times. If indoctrination isn;t true, then I will step down and stop playing videogames forever, I am that sure of it.
Heck, I came to the conclusion as soon as I saw the oily shadows in my dreams. The ending part sealed it. It was the credit roll that took me back, as I really didn't expect it to end there. I expected them to pull an Arkham Asylum on me.

That being said, i loved ME3 right up to the 3 choices, so Im hoping bioware just goes with indoctrination theory, its the only satisfying way out of this mess.

I hate the endings, but Indoc does ruin it for those who liked it.
'Oh you liked those endings? Sorry, but they never actually happened, and really aren't the endings at all. Sorry!'
You also assume everyone likes Indoc. Many don't.
I want either the simple staple on 'Refuse to act' DLC which lets the fleets fight the Reapers, and explains things a bit more, for less than $5.
I want a full on optional 'Alternate Ending Pack' Rewrite of the endings for $10 or more.
I expect nothing but disappointment, and the sound of my footsteps walking away from any future Bioware titles.
Good thing not many people like them

I expect they will add in a few cut scene to endings, maybe a couple of lines, some text after the final cinematic but largely keeping everything as is to keep cost down. In essence, massively disappoint the community and ignore the reasons for the outcry.

They'll also probably announce a Retake Omega DLC for a May release.
Finally, as much as I hate to say it, they're not gonna change the ending, and as much as I want IT to be true, it's doubtful. They'll announce free Ending DLC to flesh out the current ending and "provide more closure".
Then, these forums will explode worse than they did after release.

I expect, indoctrination or not, that the one scenario in which shep lives, will have the promised "one more story about the shepard"

After almost three weeks of "speculation", yelling, more speculation, more yelling, and even more speculation.
What do you think is gonna happen ? I am actuallly starting to believe the indoctrination theory myself because it seems to be the only sensible option at this point.
Anything less than that and all this would in my opinion be for nothing because looking at the endings as they are now, it seems almost impossible to add something small that would please anybody.
The indoctrination theory makes more and more sense everyday because adding it would not mess up the endings for people who liked them and it would provide a proper continuation and the ending that I think many of us want.
Bioware is gonna be in serious trouble if they don´t do this right and throwing in an epilouge at this point would not please anybody.
But if Bioware really has an ace up their sleeve and annouces that the indoctrination theory was all true and that it will released in let´s say two months what would your reaction be angry or relieved ?
throwing in a epilogue will please people just not everybody.
I'm pretty confindent they will be sticking with the ending and just expanding upon it.
Lots of you will probably still be up and arms about it but hey it's their decision.
On the other hand, even though the ending sucked there'll be a lot of us who will be happy with that and move on, myself included.
