Personally my favorite track is "I'm sorry" which, for obvious reasons, brings up painful memories....
My other favorite, which isn't on the OST, is the mars combat theme. Some really great synth work there.
Overall I'd say ME3>ME1>ME2 score wise. it's got that 80's flair of ME 1 but with a serious shot of epic.
