I somehow figured that Morrigan would be into tentacles. I would imagine it gets lonely and cold out there in the wilds without some company.

Always liked PA comics and I think that these ones are totally good looking.

hmm why didnt they smite the woman right from the start when there were more of them

What woman?

On like the 1st or second page?? I wondered that too!! Maybe it's just a bit of character development to show how ruthless the characters are.

Go Morrigan!

Poor buckethead didn't stand a chance.  Shame he won't live to learn from the mistake of messing with the witches of the wilds.

A salute to Ser Buckethead. We hardly knew thee, but you still managed to make the Templars seem like douches, good show!

Wait...he can still cast spells...maybe...with roots in his head. He's not out of it yet!

this does paint the templars in a rather bad light. I wonder if future work will show another side. I have been torn myself. Just how much do they protect the world from demon controlled mages while turning partly into what they seek to prevent in the process?

No, it pixelates templars in a bad light. :)

I love these comics but as someone mentioned, it is taking far too long to create each page. I understand the artwork takes time but overall, very little has happened over the time we have waited except a templar being killed by a templar and then the rest being demolished by Felmish and Morrigan in imaginative ways (iceberg and vine?). Nice to see but I thought they would be more 'involved'. This seems like when you order a starter at a Chinese restaurant and you get the smallest portion of something in a dish. You split it in half, share it with your wife, lick your lips and then feel quite unsatisfied!

I know what will happen next!(spoiler...no not really) The themplar is a demon from the blight...a dragon! He kills all the tentacle and he eats the witch! But that gives him a stomach ache and he farts so strong that all Ferelden BURNS!How about that? And then some king offers his kingdom and half of his daughter to kill the fartdragon! And a human noble does it and gets to be a king and recieves the lower half of the girl...

I would think not. Would doubt he even lived long enough for page 7 to happen.

I'm pretty sure that the guys at PA have had this finished for a long time. I figure that its the Bioware webteam that made the choice to release one page a week just to have something to keep the PA fans coming back each week and seeing other new things on the site that might encourage them to buy the game :)

I'll go with yes. It's difficult to see how this will finish in another 3 updates. Saving the "good" Templar is one possible ending that will have meaning.

I suspect that an incapacitated Ser Redshirt, I kind of want to name a character that now, will be finished off in a rather inhumane fashion after being mocked by the witches. They aren't "Good" after all, and while he is "Good", he is a templar and he did come there to kill them.

Page 8 is up. Aaaaw, what a heartwarming mother-daughter moment.

Edit: Now that the comic seems to have reached a close, what was the moral of the story?

To me it was, don't **** around with Flemeth nor be Ser Redshirt if you wanna be a templar.

Not to be an ass, but I really don't get the comic. Clearly the art isn't its strong point, but the dialogue and story are minimal as well.

I strongly disliked this comic strip. All it succeeded to do was make the Templar's look like arrogant foot-soldiers who have no idea how to fight anything but defenseless woman. I know Morrigan is supposed to be a powerful mage, and the Templar's were few in number, but still - they didn't even fight back.

And as herr Uhl said, what exactly was the moral the story? A touching bonding moment? The beginning of the strip had great potential, but seeing the comic diverge into a pointless "watch Morrigan slaughter people" really irritated me.
