I have Mass effect 3 Collector edition but i cannot see any soundtrack download at "Your registered game content" page. Besides the soundtrack i don't see any bonus of collector in that page at all.


I have try to remove the games registration and register again but still having the same problem. In the game itself i already have all the bonus (dogs, hoodie, N7 weapons). Please help my problem!

It honestly took like 10 days to show up all of a sudden in my account. I suggest waiting it out buddy.

i already redeem the dlc on 9 march 12. Guess i'll try to contact EA.

if you're like me and got the regular version first, used the online pass for that, then buy the collector's edition (had to wait for the 48 hour hold policy XD )and use the pass then itll show that you cant access it. i had someone call me that same day and they fixed it right away

On this page, on the top menu there is a tab named games. Press that and then go to Mass Effect 3 and then to soundtrack. You download the soundtrack from this page NOT through the PSN store. If it says that you don't have the Collector's Edition (and you have bought the collector's edition) then go to EA help center and talk with a game advisor (you need to log in to your EA account).
