I Pre-ordered from Origin but no Argus or Raider codes?

 Just wondering why I have no Argus Assault Rifle or Raider Shotgun even though I pre-ordered ME3 for my Xbox 360 last August

This is an issue you should take up with customer support.

But the Raider shotgun is PC only and the Argus sucks...

Not worth the hassle.
