Thane, I love deep discussion about philosophy and art (And then there is another upside of course...)
But if it was a more platonic arrangement i'd say Legion or Garrus and maybe Liara or Mordin.

Legion because, hell a videogaming AI Heck Yeah! (also he wouldnt mind me being completely phail at housekeeping)

Garrus since he will always be my bro!

And Liara/Mordin because well the same reasons as Thane's (minus the ehem *perks*)
Although Mordin might get on my nerves but I'd chill afterwards and sing with him

None of them. I tend to keep to myself at times, and my trust is quite limited. As Neighboors? Tali would be the girl next door. I wouldn't want jack anywhere near the PLANET I live in. Her biotics would shred me in two. Oh, same with Kasumi, I can't stand having people watching me while they're cloaked and stealing my things. But everyone else is ok, although there are people I wouldn't mind living on my street and people I would prefer to keep at a slight distance.

Legion: Would love to converse life, the universe and everything with him...as a passionate lover of Philosophy I can see so much potential fascinating dialog with him, he would keep me glued to the spot.

Kasumi: Fun, light hearted and laid back...she would be awesome to just chill with.

Garrus: Like a harder version of Kasumi....still a whole lot of fun, just with an edge...would love to debate Ethics with him.

My Paragon custom manShep: Would be more than friends if I had my way......plus like Garrus, I would love to debate the topic of Ethics with him....plus verse that topic on Idealism....Paragon Shep is a fantastic dude, but too Idealistic, in my opinion anyway.

Miranda, for several reasons.
1) She'd actually make me do stuff. Like clean and do my homework and actually GO to class. She'd probably yell at me until I did something, which is good because that's usually what I need to get motivated.
