I am trying to get the artifact for the merchant in the Commons to complete the quest for Aria, but I can't scan the planet in Kite's Nest / Vular. I've scanned it numerous times before going into orbit and EDI doesn't detect anything and when I go into orbit, there is no option to scan. Ive completed missions and gone back each time when the Reapers leave and it still won't show up.
