Hi. My character is currently romancing Lelliana, but I'd like to get back with Morrigan. I already "dumped" her, and took the 35 approval hit. Is there any way, using console commands and/or editing files, to enable me to romance her again?

I would love to know that as well, almost finished with this playthrough as human noble female, and for some reason I have alistair at 100 and.... friendly, and the only subject I can discuss with him is "what if we just left the greywardens" dunno where I went wrong but I sure wish I could fix it!

So, no one has any info or knowledge about this? I'm so far along that starting over seems like quite a setback, kind of makes me just wanna give up on that character and try otherstuff even though this is what I really wanted to try, and to have alistair only want to be my friend really kills the whole concept of the ending I was working towards.

I can't spoil it on these forums, but there's a way to get Morrigan back just by playing the game.

So, honestly, there is no console commands to fix romance? Considering there are bugs related to romances, and romances directly effect your game ending, would be nice to hear from a bioware person on this.

No. If the command isn't listed in The Missing Manual (it's not), then it doesn't exist. I'd be surprised of Georg didn't know about a command.



Anyway, there are a lot of romance bugs. I hope they fix them in the next 1-2 patches!

also, idk if this will help in any way shape or form, (spoiler) when you realize that alistar is royalty, if you are a human noble female you can marry him and become queen :3

yes Elendanis, thats exactly what I was shooting for this playthrough, Ive already collected all the armys and now have to go to landmeet but lost interest since I cant get the ending I wanted, sad really.

There's a console command to let you cheat/debug. Somebody posted a guide/list along with how to M/M Alistair and F/F Morrigan. I believe that's a spoiler section thing, but it DOES exist. I had to use it to start a romance with Leliana because I got her approval too high too fast and apparently that bugs a few dialog options (if I understand the bug correctly).

Can anyone post a link to the mod on how to M/M Alistair? He's the only stud I'm interested in as a gay man, since D turns my guts - I can't even talk to the slimy sob without wanting to retch!

There's some item called the GenderRing that lets you switch your character's sex so you can initiate the romance, but after you switch back Alistair still is under the delusion that your character is female, which is a drawback.

Per BioWare you're not even supposed to be messing with the console commands as they were never intended to be accessed other than for internal bug testing, and you can hose your game with them.

There is a command to adjust approval, so you could drop someone back down and start over again, but you won't have all the gifts to give again unless you hack that too.

Or you could just accept the consequences of your actions on this playthrough, finish it and play again.  Visually, you don't get to see anything special at the end if you're queen.

This is my third playthrough and I was miserable every since I realized I lost my chance to romance Leliana. Thank you, Inkoksikate, thanks to wonderful cheats, I am able to romance her.
