1. Lose the star child and replace it with a Prothean VI.
2. Have the VI explain that it was placed there by the Protheans that altered the Keepers(explains not seeing it before) and that the cruicble is originaly designed to do One thing, destroy all synthetic life. But have it add that two more features were added during the last two cycles. The Protheans had the Idea of Synthetic fusion and added the designs but died off before it could be implemented, while the elusive man had Eva alter the Crucible designs in the Prothean beacon on Mars so it includes his way of controlling the reapers. Explaining this in a technical manner helps people accept the 3 endings.
3. After shepard makes the final decision right before he carries it out have Joker and the crew on the normandy radio him. Have Joker say something like "(Squad members you had with you) made it back to an evac point and we made an emergency pick up. Where the hell are you?" Then have shepard explain whats going on and what hes about to do. Depending on your decision and Joker's relation to Edi, Joker Objects but is Interupted by Edi who says she is willing to die to make sure everyone else lives. Shepard then orders Joker to contact the fleet and tell them to take the Mass Relay and get everyone the hell out here because he doen't know what is going to happen. Next Shepard gives a short speech of how proud he is of everone. A speech wheel apears and gives options for the main side characters. Option 1: If shepard has a love interest the standard don't do it argument insues. She gives in, he says his goodbyes to Her.
Option 2: He directly adresses Garrus "I'll meet you at the bar."
Option 3: (Changes) Either apologizes to Edi or wishes Edi and Joker luck. [More options are possible but these are just he ones I wanted to highlight.] After all is said and Done Shepard activates the Crucible.4. Lose the Sceen with the oldman and the kid and replace it with a Dragon Age: Origins style epilogue.\\

5.(optional/possible dlc/Like hell this will happen) After the credits have a sceen of a memorial from several years in the future. ( All based on outcome. and assumes the Normady is found except in bad ending)
Good: (8 years in the future) [If no love interest] Garrus makes a speech about shepards exploits. Then says how proud Shepard would be of how the Galactic community is working together. The restoration of the Comm buoy network within the first 3 years, and how the Mass Relays connecting the council worlds are repaired and are about the be activated . [If he does have a love interest] Have them make the speech. And if shepard hooked up with a plausible character before the final battle Have a kid tagging along with the Love interest. (Secret ending) If shepard is found alive in the wreckage have Him make the speech!
Neutral: (8 years) [No LI] James makes a speech about how much of an inspiration Shepard is and how we should think of his sacrifice while rebuilding earth and how contact with the other council worlds has finaly been made using standard FTL and the restoring the comm buoys. [LI] Same speech as James but with Kid if applicable.
Bad: (8 years) Primark Victus makes a speech on a space station to a large crowd. He talks about the sacrifices made to stop the Reapers, and how everyone must still cooperate if we are to make sure everyone gets home.
