I still don't know what happened that lead to these endings, I think its unfair to lay it completely on him at this point. For all we know there we other factors. Regardless line=held.

That's a bit negative...what if they come out and apologize and show that they are making exactly what we want?

Granted...if they do something like essentially tell us that they're sticking to their 'artistic vision' and not changing anything and that we can all buy DLC anyway even after they've screwed us, then I probably would share your sentiment.  But right now I'm cautiously optimistic.

This. Not only do they have to protect their brand from a sales perspective, but in all likelihood, Casey and co. regard the Retake movement with utter contempt. If you've met many devs from major studios, you've probably noticed that they tend to have egos slightly larger than Texas.

I think he'll probably announce non-ending related DLC, and the DLC or a patch for the ending that was discussed in Ray's post. He'll most likely mention the ending related bit without talking at all about the negative reaction the ending got.

One way or another, the ending will get brought up if questions are allowed, screened or not. If they are screened, somehow SOMEONE will sneak their question past. It always happens when there is a major issue, especially one so wide spread.

The 10/10s, how great bioware is, how happy he is to be working with EA, how they're an innovative company trying new things, they're one of the best in the business, a DLC mappack/Omega, and then he might bring up the endings.

i can see the symbolism. shepard is jesus, harbinger is the easter bunny. anyone else see that?
